Tap AirDrop, then choose whether to receive items from everyone or only from people in your Contacts app. Use the Allow me to be discovered by setting at the bottom of the AirDrop window to choose the option you want. Everyone is easier but means random people you don't know can send you prank AirDrops. Contacts Only requires more work, as your computer and iOS device both have to be logged into iCloud and be in each other's Contacts. AirDrop turns on automatically when Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are on.ĪirDrop lets you choose between enabling it for just your contacts or for everyone. If Bluetooth or Wi-Fi is turned off, you'll see a button to turn it on.
To set up AirDrop on your Macintosh computer:Ĭhoose Go > AirDrop from the menu bar in the Finder.
You may want to give this archive a unique and recognizable name. If more than one folder is included in the archive, the Finder names the resulting file Archive.zip. To create a zip archive containing your downloaded sites, select the desired folders in the destination folder in the Finder and choose File > Compress. Zip archives are used to transfer downloaded sites. When transferring downloaded sites, you should only include the top level folders. If you are using another version of the software, consult its manual since its procedures may be different. Note: These procedures assume that you are using SiteSucker for OS X version 2.9.x and SiteSucker for iOS version 2.6.x. Procedures for transferring files are shown below. This can be done using AirDrop, iCloud Drive, Dropbox, or iTunes File Sharing. SiteSucker allows you to transfer downloaded sites and SiteSucker documents between your computer and your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
